We ship across serviceable locations in India. Available delivery or sourcing windows appear against the selected option on each product page.

Dispatch windows

Labels such as “Next Day”, “3–5 Days” or “18–20 Days” are estimated dispatch or sourcing windows, not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit time begins after dispatch and can vary by destination, courier capacity, weather, public holidays and verification requirements.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking is sent using the contact details supplied at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the courier collects the parcel.

Multiple-item orders

Items with different availability windows may ship separately. You will not be charged extra solely because we split a shipment.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. Contact us promptly if anything is wrong. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, rerouting may not be possible. Report visible damage, missing contents or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and an unedited opening video where available.

Delivery estimates are indicative. We will share material delays when we become aware of them.
