Our standard

We do not knowingly offer counterfeit goods. Product information, imagery, packaging and identifying details may be reviewed against the information supplied by the brand or sourcing partner. If you have an authenticity concern, contact us within seven days of delivery and keep the item, packaging and labels unused and intact while we review it.
